All custom apparel orders may take up to 20 days to deliver.

All orders will ship to the Home Center address that you choose from the drop down on the checkout page.  If you are unable to locate your Home Center # please call us (423) 472-1716

Embroidered, imprinted or embellished merchandise may not be returned if the wrong size,color or logo is ordered.

Logos are embroidered in white or black thread occasionally in color and complimentary to the shirt color or to match brand logos.   

If you need sizing information or color clarification for a particular item(s), please refer to the manufacturer’s sizing chart or reach out to customer service.

If an error occurs with your order and you receive the incorrect size, please notify us within 45 days of delivery so we can make it right.
